- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased on clearance or special discounts (unless defective)

To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email
- Provide:
- Order number
- Issue details
- Images/videos as proof
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
π 4. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping
- If the return is for other reasons, the customer may bear shipping costs

- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refund method:
- COD orders β Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Online payments β Reversed to original method (if applicable)

- We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items

- We will arrange replacement or refund
