  • COD orders require verification via phone call or SMS
  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received

🔄 5. Refunds (Related to Payments)

  • Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy
  • COD refunds → Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Online payments → Refunded to original payment method (if applicable)

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout
